Crystal Clean Maintenance (“CCM”, “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through becrystalclean.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
When you request a quote, contact us or apply for a job, you may give us:
- Your name, company name, phone number and email
- Your building address and the cleaning services you need
- Your résumé and work history, if you apply for a job
Our website also collects basic visit information, like pages viewed and device type.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes
- To deliver, schedule and bill the services you sign up for
- To review job applications
- To send occasional news or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We never sell your information.
3. Who we share it with
We only share information with companies that help us run our business:
•Our website, hosting and online form providers
•Jobber, our scheduling and billing system
They can only use your information to help us serve you. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, mainly in the United States. We may also share information when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site will still work.
5. How long we keep it
- Quote requests that don’t become customers: 2 years
- Customer records: 7 years after contract end
- Job applications: 1 year
After that, we delete it securely.
6. How we protect it
Only staff who need your information can access it. We use password-protected systems and work with trusted providers.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it). You can also stop marketing emails at any time.
